Please review the terms of use, conditions and disclaimers set forth below that govern your use of, and purchase of products and/or services from JNM Web Creation Studio.

Your purchase of any products and/or services from JNM Web Creation Studio indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

Quotes

Quotes are good for 30 days. Quotes are based on the information provided in our Request a Quote form and / or our correspondence. So please make sure you provide us with the most accurate information that you can so our quote can also be accurate in order to avoid additional charges and disappointments later. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction which includes getting you everything you want on your website while staying within your budget.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Fee Schedule

On acceptance of the quote, half of the design fee is due before any design work can begin. The remainder of the design fee will be due upon completion of your design and before the website is published.

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. An invoice will be sent to you by e-mail from PayPal to collect fees.

Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. A 5% interest charge per month will be charged on overdue accounts.

Refunds & Project Termination

Either party may terminate the design project upon giving written notice to the other, subject to terms and conditions outlined here.

If termination occurs before the initial deposit is made, i.e. before the commencement of the design stage, then there shall be no costs incurred to either party.

If termination is initiated by the client after the design work has commenced, JNM Web Creation Studio reserves the right to retain any initial payment and submit an invoice to the client for any additional costs not compensated by the initial deposit payment provided by the client. The invoice would reflect all hours expended on the said design project, up to the date of termination, billed at the standard hourly design rate of JNM Web Creation Studio.

If a design project is client terminated, JNM Web Creation Studio reserves the right to retain the elements of the design for future use.

There shall be no refunds issued once the payment is received in full and the design project is complete.

Turnaround Time

After the initial deposit has been received and the project has been outlined, JNM Web Creation Studio will provide the client with an estimated turnaround time for the design project. This turnaround time is effective from the date we receive all required design information from the client (see Design Process for details on information gathering). We strive to keep our turnaround time within the range of 2 to 3 weeks. It can sometimes take more time than that if it is a custom design. Design requirements and complexity vary from project to project and so will the turnaround time. We will have a better idea of the turnaround time once we have clearly defined the project.

Liability

We, JNM Web Creation Studio, are not responsible for hosting company / internet service provider / domain name registrar / or other outside agencies issues, damage, downtime, email problems, website hacks and other security issues or any part thereof.  These services are independent to any services offered by us and are a requirement of the client to secure prior to any design being created.

All digital and non-digital materials supplied by the client to JNM Web Creation Studio for project development must be, either owned by the client or given copyright permission for publication. We will not be held liable for copyright infringements found on these materials.

Ownership

All content, graphics, and site design of a project by JNM Web Creation Studio remain the property of JNM Web Creation Studio to show in printed or online portfolios indefinitely. Reproduction in whole or part, in any form or medium, without express written permission is prohibited. Final artwork and concepts may not be given to other artists to alter, reproduce or post online in any way without the written permission of JNM Web Creation Studio.
