Website Development

Website Re-vamping

Websites need to evolve with your business. But this does not necessarily mean that you have to develop a new website design each time. We can work with your existing website and improve on it. We can do things like

Basic SEO

At JNM Web Creation Studio, we will do basic Search Engine Optimization on your website. This includes adding meta tags. Meta tags are special text that do not appear on your web page but are placed in the background (in the coding structure). Their main purpose is to be read by crawlers, bots, and other programs that scour the Web in order to catalog and rank web pages for Yahoo!, Google, and other search engines. We will add basic SEO tools such as

  • Title
  • Description
  • Keywords
  • robots.txt file
  • XML sitemap
  • Submitting your website to various search engines

SEO beyond this would have to be done by a professional SEO company. Our basic SEO package gives you the basics at a reasonable price. Most SEO companies will charge you a lot more for this service. As with most SEO services, there are no guarantees for ranking placement on search engines. SEO is a very complicated process and to achieve a guaranteed ranking, you will have to consult an SEO company.

 

Logo Design

There are two types of logos that we design: Website Logos and Vector Logos. Website logos are pixel-based logos that are meant to be used on websites, not for print. That is because this is a pixel-based graphic that cannot be expanded without losing some of its resolution. It can be printed with no resolution issues on small prints such as business cards, but it is not meant to be printed on bigger prints such as posters. A vector logo is not pixel based. Vectors can be scaled to any size without losing any of its resolution. These logos are built differently and therefore are more expensive. However, these logos can then be used for any purpose including on very large prints. When designing a logo, we consider

  • your customer
  • the kind of personality that you want to project
  • the values that define your business (e.g. technical, friendly, informal, unique, etc.)
  • your company colours if you have any
  • KEEP IT SIMPLE (the best and most recognizable logos out there are usually very simple)
